fcron appears to work ever since I imported and adapted Gentoo's OpenRC
daemon script. Testing a basic `touch $HOME/foo.txt` in a crontab was
successful, so I don't think fcron needs to be axed. If we *do* axe it,
I strongly suggest we have *some* sort of cron. To my knowledge, fcron
is the only cron implementation available on Adélie.
If we get rid of fcron, +1 to cronie.

(The particular issue I'm dealing with wrt fcron is with nextcloud's
cron script, which could be an integration error/PEBCAK.)
