Hello all!
The past week has had a large focus on writing good specifications for
Horizon[1]. This week has also seen some progress with Rust.

The HorizonScript specification[2] is mostly complete; it will proceed
to the comment phase at the same time as the Project Requirements.
The Project Requirements themselves are progressing nicely, with the
main sections left to be written being the Disk Partitioner, the Boot
Setup, the Runner process, and non-functional (performance and
reliability) requirements. Logging, accessibility, and the on-disk
HorizonScript format are also being discussed and specified.
== General discussion ==
Samuel Holland (smaeul) has fixed the 32-bit PowerPC ABI in the Rust
compiler[3], which should solve the issues building Firefox for 32-bit
PowerPC.
Have fun this week!
Yours,
--arw
